Today, I’ll show you my whole process and the products that I use! We have 6 GIRLS in the house, and while most of us use the same products, and I’ve taught the girls all my secrets, this routine is specific to me and my hair! (It works best if you have medium to thick straight hair.)

Again I’m going to stress how important it is that you understand that about 60% of your hair health is due to genetics, and the remaining 40% or so depends on how you take care of it including diet, sleep, etc. Since we cannot do much about the first 60% of hair health, you really need to find what combination fits for you for the remaining 40% to put your hair in the most ideal, best-looking condition as possible.
Here are a few things to consider:
1} Drink lots of water
2} Eat healthy, including plenty of fruits and veggies
3} Take a multi-vitamin and drink milk
4} Get a good night’s sleep and exercise often
5} Regular hair trims to eliminate dry, damaged, or split ends

In this video, MC will be teaching you how to do a classic kid’s haircut.
-0:32 MC begins by using a 1 1/2 metal guard on his Oster clippers. This will remove bulk and create a foundation.
-2:15 Using Andis trimmers, he shapes up the hairline.
-3:26 Still using Andis trimmers, Mc begins his taper.
-3:31 MC switches to his Wahl clippers with an open blade.
-3:43 He moves to a 1 plastic guard on his Wahl clippers.Tapering down avoids removing unwanted hair.
-3:53 Then he moves down to a 1/2 plastic guard on his Wahl clippers.
-4:15 Learn how to clean up the hairline and side burns.
-5:10 MC parts the hair.
-5:27 Learn a sculpting technique done with a razor. This will blend the sides of your haircut into your taper by removing bulk.
-6:43 He uses scissors over comb with thinning shears to further blend the sides and the back into your haircut. Using thinning shears will avoid removing length.
-8:08 MC will show you how to make a hard part in the hair using a straight razor.
-8:37 Watch a quick blow dry.

Cayenne pepper tincture helps enhance blood circulation in scalp and prevent hair loss. The capsaicin found in cayenne pepper causes a tingling sensation. Its phenolic compound with alcohol irritates skin leading to higher metabolic process on cellular level. Thus, it causes intensive blood flow. Hair follicles get extra nutrition and oxygen and, as a result, it provokes hair growth. Results of using cayenne pepper stimulant on hair are the following:
– strengthens the hair follicles,
– speeds up hair growth,
– reduces hair loss,
– eliminates dandruff and seborrhea,
– normalizes cell renewal process of the scalp.
You may use homemade cayenne pepper tincture within the year. It is possible to substitute alcohol with oil while preparing pepper tincture. But remember it will have a less stimulating effect.
Side Effects of Cayenne Pepper for Hair
– Cayenne pepper can be irritating to the eyes, nose and throat, so be careful when using it on sensitive skin or around the eyes.
– Pepper can cause skin allergy that’s why I suggest to have a test before application.
– Use gloves while applying cayenne pepper mask. Keep in mind that burning sensation caused by capsaicin may last for 12 hours.
– Before using cayenne pepper, consult a doctor for possible contraindications.
– Leaving cayenne pepper mask more than allowed may cause serious skin burn.
– Don’t apply cayenne pepper mask on hair more than 2-3 times a week. Too frequent application may lead to extremely irritated scalp.
– If you have dyed hair, be careful with pepper treatment. It can lead to unexpected color change.

This video is with a young kid who has a soccer haircut. It’s heavily disconnected but I connected it best I could.
