Finally! Here is my super ridiculously long hair care routine! I was a bit sick for a few days while filming this, so please pardon my paleness and stuffy nose, but I can’t honestly say that completing this entire process really helped.
I was fully natural for about 7 years and was obsessed with products and technique. Since then, I’ve nailed down my routine and stocked up on Suave Almond + Shea butter conditioner (see link below)
I started my process from straightened hair and put my deep conditioner mix (listed below!) and left in in for about 2 days before getting a relaxer touch-up. I deep conditioned again (minus the milk, I ran out!) for a day, and started my straightening process.

Deep Conditioner Mix- I mix these products together in a jar, microwave the mixture for about 1:30 mins and apply it to my hair, and seal my hair with a grocery bag (you can also use a shower cap, but I have a lot of hair!) I sit under an electric heat cap (see link below under tools) for about an hour, then remove the cap and bag and allow my hair to cool to seal the cuticle, then rinse with cool water.
