And today I will tell you about an hair pack that will solve all the problems in your hair very easily such as hair fall, dandruff, dryness, meaning hair that is unhealthy. And the most interesting thing is that we can make this pack at our home very easily
To make this pack we will take, fenugreek (methi) seeds soaked a night before by me, a cup of curd, gooseberry (amla) powder, shikakai powder, reetha powder, mehndi, egg and one lemon.
If you do not want to use egg still you can make this pack very easily
Now I will tell you how we are going to make this pack
A night before fenugreek seeds have to be soaked in water and in the morning grind it in the mixer… Remember that the water should not be drained because that can be used to grind the fenugreek seeds as these fenugreek seeds cannot be grounded easily and to grind it water is used.
Keep on adding water and grind it until it is fine. It is important to grind it really well as its fineness will make it easier to apply it effortlessly on hair.
Now in the pack we will first add grounded fenugreek seeds, then we will add a cup of curd, 2 spoons Amla powder, 2 spoons Shikakai powder, 2 spoons Reetha powder, 4 spoons Mehndi, one lemon, one egg and now we will mix it well. We will mix it till it becomes really smooth.
We will mix all the things properly. Just look at it now all the things are mixed correctly and suitably. Why I am saying this again and again so that you mix it till it becomes really smooth.
I am saying smooth again and again because its smoothness will make it easier to apply on hair. Now I will tell you how to apply this on hair.
Do oil massage in your hair for minimum 10 minutes. After doing the oil massage, make small partitions in your hair. And then you can apply this either using brush or by using hands.
Remember to wear gloves in this case because it has Mehndi so your hands can turn yellow. Now I will show you how to apply it.
We will make small partitions in hair and near it we will do one more partition so that we can apply in roots. It has to be applied on all the roots below, on the backside and then we will bring it till the tips of the hair. After that we will turn it.
Presently I am not showing it applied on the hair. I am just showing you how to apply. How can you partition the hair well to apply it in the roots, till the end and keeping on turning the hair on other side…
Once you have completed applying on one side, turn all the hair this way.
And then in the someway you will have to apply on the other side. Whenever you apply it on your own you may face problems with applying it on the back. So what you can do is you can lift all the hair where it has already been applied by using angle cut and hold this hair by using a clutcher.
After the hair has been clutched, apply the pack. First it has to be applied properly on the roots and take it till the end of the tips.
Once it has been completely applied then remove the clutcher on the top. After the clutcher is removed take all the hair with your hands and make a bun or you can use clutcher again.
Keep the pack for minimum one or one and half hours. After keeping it for one or one an half hour either you can plain wash it or shampoo it. I am saying shampoo because some people find the smell of egg or curd irritating. Otherwise if you shampoo after one day that will give you better results.
If you have more hair problems than you can use this pack once in a week, otherwise when you feel that your hair have become smooth and better than you can use this pack once in 15days.
This is herbal without any chemicals. Use herbal things in your hair. Keep them healthy.
