For those who are new here, I shed hair more than the average natural 4c hair person and I also have fine sparse natural hair, so I am on a mission to retain as much of my hair as I can and also increase the thickness of my hair.

This video shows you one of the ways or things that I am using to stop my hair from shedding without spending a lot on store bought products.

Beetroot juice is packed full with antioxidants that help to prevent the hair from damage. It helps to tighten the pores of the scalp and reduce hair fall. It stimulates blood circulation in the scalp and nourishes the hair follicles. It is said to also have natural hair dying properties and also prevent premature balding.

Castor Oil: Castor oil has been reported to possess antibacterial and anti fungal properties. It contains ricinoleic acid that helps to increase circulation to the scalp and improve hair growth. It also contains Omega 9 fatty acids that can penetrate the hair follicles. It has been shown to also help boost the thickness of the hair.
