Hi guys welcome back to my channel. Today I am going to share with you guys a strawberry hair mask which helps to promote hair growth and will make your hair softer and shiner. So lets get started

Ingredients
4 – 5 strawberries according to the length of your hair,
pure organic Apple cider vinegar
1 – 2 tablespoon yogurt.

Method
Put 4 -5 strawberries into a blenders and then also add 2 teaspoons of Apple cider vinegar into the blender and blend it into a smooth paste. Now pour the strawberry puree into the yogurt and mix very well to get a paste like consistency.
Now lets start applying it. First make sure that there are no tangles. Now start applying the hair mask from the roots to the ends of your hair. After applying the mask cover your hair using a shower cap from dripping. Now let it sit for 30 mins to 1 hr and then wash it off with cold water or luke warm water. You can also shampoo and condition as you normally do.
You can apply this mask 2 times a week to see visible results.

Strawberries are great sources of vitamin C – a nutrient that encourages iron absorption and promotes hair growth. Strawberries are also loaded with silica, which is known to prevent baldness and help in hair growth. The nutrients in strawberries can treat conditions like dandruff, which could be caused as a result of weakened immunity.
