THE ROUTINE:

SUNDAY: Shampoo monthly on this day. Deep Condition Weekly on this day.
MONDAY: Choose a protective style (I highly recommend twists). Moisturize the hair before installing! Wear a silk scarf to bed to keep the style neat and the hair, protected!
TUESDAY: Rock the twists! Don’t forget to wear the scarf to bed!
WEDNESDAY: CoWash or condition your hair and reinstall the twists (or change protective styles if you want). Wear your scarf to bed!
THURSDAY: Rock your style as per usual, and keep that scarf on at night!
FRIDAY: Show your ends some TLC and moisturize them! Keep it fun by trying something new with the way you style your protective style! And keep that scarf tight and right to preserve your hair!
SATURDAY: Rest day. Touch up some twists as needed. Get mentally prepared for tomorrow’s deep conditionI!
