I used Malaysian Virgin hair extensions in this video. My friend who helped me learn this method informed me that Asian hair takes less damage than other hair types because of how coarse it is so please take that into consideration before attempting this technique despite it’s results on my hair that I used.

Also, I would never use dyes or lighten the color of my REAL hair. The hair you see in the thumbnail and video are simply hair extensions I made into a full lace wig. I had some people thinking that I was going to use Palty on my actual hair… -__-” No. I am on a hair journey which means I do not want anything on my hair that will ruin it’s progress. I only recommend doing this on extensions or if you have Asian hair that hasn’t been severely damaged.

Now that I got that said, if you guys would like to try out this tutorial then please do and lemme know how everything turned out for you! I was hoping for a slightly lighter brownish red shade but of course with the amount of dye I had it was only going to turn so brown so it’s expected. Also, I had to mix in some more conditioner and developer near the end was I realized how fast I was running out of dye so also be prepared for that unless you buy two kits of the dye. Nevertheless, I am super happy with the results of this hair dye! It’s natural looking but best of all, this method makes your hair feel amazing after using it so don’t let the rumors about this brand discourage you from using it like they almost did me.
